Looking for the Exercise of the Week? Don't worry, this isn't it! This picture is of Lara Kolesar of Kolesar Studios performing a very advanced move on the Pilates reformer. The Exercise of the Week is Pelvic Curl, which will lead you to the exercise to the left, eventually. In the meantime, Pelvic Curl is a wonderful warm up for the spine and abdominals. It works the lower body and helps coordinate the breath and movement as well.
