Resolution Update

Hey, how are those New Years resolutions coming along? I'm actually hanging in there fairly well. The only thing I wanted to do more of, that I haven't done yet, is to workout more on my own. It seems I go in phases with that. I'll go for a few months of being really into working out with a favorite DVD or a certain routine I've created, and then boom, I lose it and become totally addicted to classes for a while. That's where I'm at right now. I just love my classes.

Maybe you too have made progress on your resolutions or maybe you haven't quite got started yet. If you haven't, that's OK! We are only a bit into the New Year and you can start right now. Do not give up! As a re-cap, here are a few of the Pilates oriented resolutions we've been exploring:
