While Mother's Day is next Sunday, I hardly think the celebration should be limited to just one day! Let's start now and go all week. So, first things first - moms to be.
If you are pregnant this spring, or know someone who is, you may want to read, Pilates and Pregnancy, which will give you a good idea about how to approach doing Pilates while pregnant. You will also want to read through, Exercise Modification Tips, which will help you adjust things as your body changes. In addition, About's guide to yoga has a whole section on prenatal yoga, and there are many good workout DVDs for pregnancy. I found a set of 5 on About's Pregnancy site.
