Exercise of the Week - Floor Press with Magic Circle

This is not a super difficult exercise, anyone can try it. However, doing it with perfect form is what is going to give you great results, and that is hard. Once you figure out how to sit up very tall and work from your core on this one, you are going to tone your abs and your back, along with your arms.
