Exercise of the Week - Child's Pose

Tuesday February 5, 2008
Child's Pose Relax, stretch, take it easy, do something comforting. Rest and work compliment each other perfectly in daily life and in exercise.

Borrowed from yoga and loved by many, child's pose, is a perfect answer to the need to take just a little break. It's a delicious passive stretch for the back and it releases tension all over, especially in the back, neck, shoulders and hips.
