Rest and work compliment each other perfectly in daily life and in exercise.Borrowed from yoga and loved by many, child's pose, is a perfect answer to the need to take just a little break. It's a delicious passive stretch for the back and it releases tension all over, especially in the back, neck, shoulders and hips.
