Pilates Videos Online. Worth Watching?

Seeing a beautifully executed Pilates exercise is a glorious thing; and a nice way to support the Pilates exercise instructions you will find here. So I've been surfing the web looking for examples of good Pilates video clips to share with you.
Of course there a tons of Pilates videos available for online viewing. However, some require joining a site, some require money, and some are just not so good. But I came up with a few sites that are hosting exactly what I was looking for: Pilates videos that are free, easy access, and show exercises that are performed well and explained clearly.
