Does Your Reflection Help You?

Make Your Feelings Known -
Take the Poll Below

A number of psychological studies have shown that looking in a mirror while working out can have a negative effect on self esteem. The studio where I workout recently moved and the new space does not have mirrors - yet. I'm enjoying working out without the mirrors. I find it less distracting and I feel more present in my "real" body.

I do like to have a mirror available so that I can check my alignment now and then, but I'm not missing looking at myself through a whole workout. What do you think? Do you like to workout looking in a mirror?
