September Workout Diaries

Yes! We are continuing the workout diaries. The end of summer was a little slow, but now that September is underway I hope a lot more of you will join us in the workout diaries. I know that for me it is a great way to stay connected to my practice.

For those of you who haven't checked them out yet, the workout diaries are month-by-month folders that we keep in the Pilates forum. All you have to do is sign in and write a line or two, or more, about you workout experience of the day. It sounds simple and it is. But making a commitment to the diaries does translate into keeping ones workouts going and to being more attentive during them. Try it. You'll see!
