Exercise of the Week - Single Straight Leg Stretch

pilates pictureSingle Straight Leg Stretch is going to put you in an upper body curl-up and keep you there for the whole exercise. That is going to require some real endurance from the abs, especially since under no circumstances is anybody going to take the strain into their neck or back! Oh, did I mention that your hamstrings are going to get a good stretch as well? Give it a try:
