Exercise of the Week: Shoulder Bridge

shoulder bridge Your core and hamstrings are going to get some good strength training with shoulder bridge. Shoulder bridge is an advanced Pilates exercise. Fortunately, however, one can develop the core strength and alignment needed for doing shoulder bridge by taking the exercise in sections.
