Exercise of the Week - Swan Dive

pilates exerciseSwan dive is on the challenging side. Don't worry if you are a beginner, swan dive builds on half swan, so you can work up to it.

Swan dive is a big back extension exercise that needs a lot of control and coordinated breath to make it work. It tones the back, abs, glutes, hamstrings and inner thighs.
