Single Leg Stretch
One of the best Pilates mat exercises for helping you target the upper and lower abdominal muscles, single leg stretch  is also a coordination challenge. You can modify this exercise by keeping your head down or moving the legs higher.

Hey everyone! I love this pilates blog, I find Marguerite so informative and relaxing, I have been reading and checking in on your blog now for a couple of months, pretty cool stuff!
