Every week of every year I suggest our exercise of the week. Here at the end of 2011, I'm taking a little break because I bet you have a favorite Pilates exercise, or are up for finding one you like. Free Resistance Band Exercises
If you really can't find one you want, do inner thigh lifts (pictured). Just about everyone needs those.
