Almost everyone is clear on that at this point, though we are also getting more savvy about what the food and drink should be (it does make a difference). But What is the best way to lose weight? is not the only question.

The questions that live under that go something like this: How can I lose weight without being hungry? How can I lose weight and have enough energy to do my life? How can I lose weight without having to radically change my lifestyle? And this big one: How can I lose weight and keep it off?

Those are all very legitimate questions. I can guarantee you the answer doesn't lie in going on yet another diet. What's needed is an overall healthy lifestyle that creates the context in which to lose weight healthfully and keep it off.
