The news of the week is that About.com surprised me by going out and having some videos made for Pilates at About.com. They are all fairly easy sequences that I think might appeal to beginners and be encouraging for those getting back into their bodies after a break from exercise.
We will be rolling these videos out for you over the next week or two, but we have the first now, 5 Stretches for Flexibility.
