There is a lot of interest these days in yoga and Pilates together. Some people think they are the same, which they are not; and some people think Pilates was developed from yoga, which it was not. Nevertheless, yoga and Pilates do have much in common and taking a little dip from one to other occasionally can help shed new light on our approach to certain exercises or our workouts as a whole.
