Roll over is an intermediate level classical Pilates exercise. It is a big stretch for the back and hamstrings, and it requires a lot of abdominal strength and control .
Roll over looks similar to plow pose in yoga but it involves a lot more in terms of choreography -- combining movement and breath. It is also very important that you keep your hips lifted even as you roll over. This is not a stretchy collapse!
