After last weeks intense flexion exercise, the roll over, this week we are going for a back extension exercise. Shoulder bridge zeroes in on shoulder stability, the back extensors, the glutes, the hamstrings, inner thighs and hip/leg differentiation.
Ultimately this is an intermediate/advanced exercise but you can build up to it in stages. You'll like it!
