If you want to take a great Pilates class, it's getting to be that you have to go no further than your computer to find one. There are websites where you can take a Pilates classes online at any level, on the mat or with equipment, and with great, even famous instructors, 24/7.
Pilatesolology is a new rising star in the expanding universe of online Pilates classes. The site is easy to use and though it just got underway this year already has many Pilates classes to choose from. I got detoured into watching site co-founder Alisa Wyatt and instructor Siri Dharma Galliano give a class on how to get a sculpted bottom in the Hollywood Body workout which was fun and instructive -- with Siri dishing a little bit on what it's like to train the stars -- but there are plenty of workout options. The site gives you the ability to choose your class by teacher (many wonderful ones), duration, level, equipment and body area focus.
Pilatesology joins the already well-established Pilates Anytime in what are in my mind the top spots for online Pilates classes. The two sites are a little different in approach and style so you can take a look at each and decide which suits your needs better. Both offer free trials.
