Pilates Teaser ExercisePilates teaser exercise is one of the those classic Pilates exercises that forces you to draw on everything you know. In teaser you need your Pilates principles like crazy -- the flow, the concentration, the strength and breath -- all of it. Then there is the ab work accompanied by hip flexors and inner thigh work.... and more.

Despite teasers' reputation as a difficult exercise many people list it as their favorite Pilates exercise due to the thrill of the challenge and many benefits. This week we embark on a 30 Days to a Better Teaser program of working with teaser and exercises that help build the strength and skills to do a great teaser.
