We're heading into the last bit of summer up here in the Northern hemisphere. For many, school starts in just a few weeks. Even those of us who aren't off to school or don't have kids in school tend to feel a shift into a not-so-summery mode after school starts.
On the other hand, summer is definitely NOT over. There is still time for summer fun. There is also time to make progress on the fitness goals you may have started the summer with, or maybe the Olympic athletes of the past week have given you a boost. Whatever it is -- weight loss, more flexibility, better diet -- you can build up momentum now that will take you right into fall.
