Our last few exercises of the week, rocking and the 6 ab/back rolling exercises, were plenty hard. I think we should take a little break and do happy baby; a fun, easy Pilates and yoga exercise.
Happy baby has other valuable benefits as well. It's a stress reducer, a nice release, for the back and hips, and it gives the hamstrings a little stretch as well.
If you've done happy baby before, you might also enjoy trying it with a small lift or some toning balls set low under your sacrum.
