I think every Pilates exercise is interesting, but I was scanning my mind for something particularly interesting for this week when I remembered swan/swim on the exercise ball. This exercise incorporates flexibility and extension and spiral movement, but most of all it is about fully embodying the movement that you do. The instructions and photos for this exercise were given to us by Pilates master instructor Wendy LeBlanc-arbuckle.
