Here's what we're going to do: We are going to take all the amazing benefits of plank (which we started working a few weeks ago) and add a balance, stretch, and coordination component as well as an upper body integrity and arm strength challenge.
What the heck, it's the end of the year, go for it. Not only that, but Pilates push ups are very fun to test friends and family members with. It's no ordinary push-up!
