All New Body Pilates Workout Program

Are you ready to make big changes in your body? This free e-course is designed to help you achieve your goals. Consistent Pilates workouts will help you build strength, flexibility and the long, lean muscles and flat abs that Pilates is known for.
Over the course of 10 weeks you will receive a weekly email that gives you a new Pilates workout along with lots of support. Ideally, you will workout 3 times per week using these classes on one or all days. It is always recommended that you include live Pilates instruction in your weekly routine if possible.
As the weeks go by your workout choices will have increased. You might want to flag your e-courses as they come in, or create an email folder for them, so that you can find refer back to them easily.
