Definition: An oppositional stretch is a stretch that is extends the body in opposing directions at the same time.
Pronunciation: op-po-si-tion-al stretch
Examples: Send energy down into the floor through your feet, and up to the sky through the top of your head as a long oppositional stretch for the whole body.
