Following up on my last blog about the reformer exercises done on the mat, I thought some of you might like to know that The Complete Book of Pilates for Men contains a section on those exercises. It's at the back, after the author, Daniel Lyon, gives instructions for just about every other Pilates mat exercise there is. And it should come later because it does make sense for one to have a strong foundation in both mat, and reformer, before getting into the challenging reformer exercises on the mat.
The reformer on the mat exercise have caught my attention of late, but The Complete Book of Pilates for Men has a lot to offer whether you want to try those exercises or not (and if you are a man or a woman).
