Pilates Gal in Yoga World - day 2.

You know what comes with fitness conferences: exposure to lots of great workout wear. I'll be reporting more on what I found as the fall season moves along, but I want to mention one of my favorite companies, Lucy.
Lucy has a new workout pant called the Hatha Power Pant (OK Lucy, we're waiting on the Pilates pant!). I haven't worn them for a full workout yet, but I have confidence in Lucy clothes. I happen to have a lot of them, which I felt compelled to wear, onion fashion, when I went to visit the booth. Now they think Pilates people are really strange.
The hatha pant is a good find because it is a form-fitting, compression pants that it is still flattering - even for those of us over 30 or 40 (yes, I tried it on). If you are in the market for a good fall/winter workout pant take a look at it. You can read all about the high tech moisture control fabric and such.
Anyway, the point of telling you about the hatha pant now is that Lucy is offering free shipping and returns 'till the end of the month. Also, through September, Lucy is donating 5% of sales from the power pant to a program called, Off the Mat, Into the World, an educational program that helps people find their sense of purpose in the world, and learn to be conscious activists. So if you want your money to go a little further, you can think about that.
