Fat burning! I love how final that sounds. If it's burned up, that's it. It is not coming back. Right? Right. Now hold that thought because what we have to do now is figure out what the best fat burning workout plan is.
Pilates can be fat burning. But where Pilates really excels is as part of an overall fat burning workout plan that includes - you guessed it- cardio. The cardio doesn't have to be extreme. Don't think you have to start running miles and miles just to burn some fat. There are lots of choices for getting started with cardio.
