I don't have a baby so I did l did the "workout with baby" section of Leah Stewart's Pilates for New Mothers DVD with a small, inflatable, torpedo shaped body roller. I had a great time. I can only imagine how much more fun it would have been with a real baby. I'm sure there are a lot of new moms out there who would like to find out, and more importantly, would like to know how to recoup their bodies after pregnancy.
