I was in the grocery line the other day scanning magazines (what else?) when I spied a headline that read something like, 6 Instant Fixes for Your Living Room. It pushed my cynic button. First, because nothing, not even "a pillow in a fresh color", is going to insta-fix the living room in which the couch C picked out when I was not there resides. And second, because of how instant gratification sells almost anything these days.
But then I thought, What if I could offer my readers some workout tips that were both instant and useful? That would be cool. An All New Body in 10 Weeks program is great, but what about something that makes a huge difference now?
