My theme this week seems to encouraging all of us to start habits now that will help us stay strong through the holiday season. So here's a tip: If things start to get a little" out of the ordinary" in your world, care for the core. This sequence of back and belly exercises is perfect for strengthening and gently stretching your back, all the while engaging support from your abs.
