Plank is widely considered one of the best full-body exercises you can do. From your toes, up through your legs, hips, abs, and back and into your shoulders and arms plank challenges muscles in weight bearing and stability.
If this time of year has you skipping workouts (no, no, no don't do it -- but if you must...) an exercise that gets as much done as plank does in a short amount of time could be a big help. You can throw down a few planks just about anywhere -- no special equipment needed. Just to keep it interesting, here are 3 versions of plank you can try.
