Last week it was the the hundred, this week the roll up. We're not really going to go straight through the classical mat work with the exercises of the week, but the skills and strength built from the roll up are going to be needed throughout your Pilates workouts, from mat to equipment.
Plus, roll up is a fabulous flat tummy exercise. It's also challenging -- so I've got a lot of helpful links in this set of roll up instructions.
