I am very happy to announce that we are continuing our special feature on the Pilates reformer rowing exercises with the rowings 3 and 4.
The rowings are intermediate level reformer exercises that give us an in-depth lesson on working from the strength and inner-lift of the powerhouse and how the arms connect into the power of the low back. They develop strength and flexibility from the hips up through the torso, chest and arms.
Alisa Wyatt is our guest instructor for the rowings. She is a renowned Pilates instructor who has made four DVDs as well as being the founder of Pilatesology, an online provider of subscription Pilates classes. We are fortunate to have her expertise demonstrating the interesting, challenging, and somewhat intricate rowing exercises.
