It's winter vacation time -- from now through March, many of us are going to have occasion to suddenly reveal what we have or haven't been doing Heel Beats this winter. I am suddenly thinking very clearly about butt firming exercises.

One of the best butt toners is to engage the area where the hamstrings come up under the glutes and make the little curves under your butt cheeks smile (don't forget to let go). You can do that anywhere. To get a little more serious, learn 5 buttocks firming exercises
