It's starting to seem like some the enthusiasm of the beginning of the year is wearing off as winter plods along here at the end of February. We need a fresh spark! It might be time to bump up the workout level -- make it more challenging and interesting.

If you aren't already including some of these exercises in your workouts, choose one or two to begin working on. Adding a new exercise can put other parts of your routine into a new perspective as well as making you more toned and flexible, and generally increasing your enjoyment of the benefits of Pilates.
Beginners and Intermediates - This collection of advanced exercises can still be instructive for you. Each exercise has a link to more detailed instructions that will give you the building blocks for that exercise. Advanced work may not be as far away as you think.
