Exercise of the Week: Cat / Cow Back Stretch

cat cow exerciseCat / Cow is a yummy back stretch, but that's not all. You'll want to do it with lifted abdominal muscles and overall good form with wrists under shoulders, parallel legs -- knees under hips, and balanced side to side. Plus, this is a long stretch both ways, not a crunch and crash for the back, which is what sometimes happens. Take a new look at this popular warm-up exercise:
