Guide Review - Rael Pilates System 17, DVD

Rael Isacowitz has been teaching Pilates for over 25 years. He is truly inspiring to watch and learn from. Rael is said to be one of the only Masters who can perform the whole Pilates repertoire. A former dancer, Rael infuses his teaching with an aesthetic style that embodies the grace, strength and flow that distinguish the Pilates method.

I would recommend this DVD to all intermediate Pilates students. System 17 could work especially well for those who want to find a regular routine to practice with for a while. Unlike some workout DVDs, even good ones, I feel that I could work with this one on a regular basis and not get tired of it.

Best DVD I've tried, Member mariclau

I love this workout. It is both relaxing and energizing. I have been doing pilates for about 15 years, part of the time with a trainer. So I am familiar with the exercises. However, I think this workout would be fairly easy to follow even if you weren't. Now I have to advance to the System 27!
