Guide Rating - ![]() The Bottom LineIf you are looking for a DVD package that can get your heart rate up and give you a good all-over workout, this should do the trick. The Pilates-inspired Super Sculpting set that I review here includes two circle workouts, a sculpting circle, a "fat burning" accelerated routine, a ten-minute "sculpting blast," as well as a cookbook and exercise Planner.
With the variety of workouts that are included in the DVD set, along with the sculpting circle and the exercise planner, you will have a nice set-up for getting into a weight loss supportive fitness routine. Pros

Description
Guide Review - Winsor Pilates Super Sculpting DVD ReviewWhat I like best about the Winsor Pilates DVDs is that they are upbeat and welcoming. Though she is known as one of the big trainers of the Hollywood stars, Mari is energetic and encouraging. She seems friendly and accessible on the videos, as do her models. I actually found this to be true when I met Mari and took a class from her, as well. I often find that when I try a Winsor Pilates DVD I think to myself, "yes, I could join this group, I could do this video on a regular basis." And isn't that a big part of what makes a good video?
