I hope you are finding all the great Pilates information available to you here at About.com. The best place to start is on the home page where there are links to 100s of Pilates exercise instructions and workouts, as well as information about everything from Pilates equipment and DVDs, to Pilates training and technique.

There are also lots of ways that you can be part of this Pilates website. There is a list of ways you can participate below. Please follow the links to anything that interests you.

Pilates Advice(c)2009, About.com
Whether you are new to Pilates or a professional, you have insights and thoughts about Pilates. Other readers want to know what those are! Take a look at the Tips Readers Share. You will be able to add your own tips, and read excellent comments from readers on a variety of Pilates topics.

2. Join the Pilates Forum

Pilates Forums(c)2009, About.com

There always interesting discussions going in the Pilates Forum. Topics range from people just saying hello to questions about exercises, DVDs, classes and more.

The forum is free. Drop in anytime. You can ask or answer a question, start a discussion, or just read what others are up to.

3. Write a Product Review

Pilates Reviews(c)2009, About.com
Pilates reviews are important. They help people find the products that fit their needs, and make decisions about what to spend their hard earned dollars on. I take a lot of care with the many product reviews I do. But mine is just one opinion. What about your experience?

Every review on this site - whether it be for a Pilates DVD, equipment, clothing or something else - has a link at the bottom where those who have experience with the product can add their own review. I invite you to take a look at the product reviews. If you know that product, please add your insights. The "write a review" link is at the bottom of the page.

4. Follow My Blog - Add Your Comments

Pilates Blogs(c)2009, About.com

My Pilates blog appears on the Pilates home page here at Pilates.about.com. It's in the middle of the page, you can't miss it. I cover all kinds of Pilates news in my blog. I also post updates on Pilates articles and new exercise instructions, as well as fun stuff like the exercise of the week and the Pilates power animal of the month. Every single blog has a place for you to add a comment. I hope you will.

About.com Pilates Blog RSS

If you have an RSS reader you can add the Pilates blog to that and really stay up to date. If you have a website, enhance your site by adding the Pilates RSS feed to your site. You can get RSS feeds for the blog, as well as headlines for the hottest articles and the most popular.

5. Take a Pilates Poll

Pilates Polls(c)2009, About.com
Polls here quick and easy, but valuable too. When you vote you take the time to consider what you really think about something, and you help everyone get a sense of what is going on with a Pilates topic. Sometimes the percentages that show up in polls are very revealing. We have a number of ongoing polls here at pilates.about.com. Look at the Pilates polls and vote on anything that catches your eye. Then go to the results page to see how the vote is turning out.

6. Send Your Pilates Photos

7. Follow Pilates_About on Twitter

Pilates on Twitter(c)2009, Marguerite Ogle
I like to tweet! I use twitter to update followers on the latest at pilates.about.com. But the nice thing about twitter is that it is a two way street. If we are both on twitter, I can read your tweets and get ideas from you too. Join me. I tweet as Pilates_About.
