Fully Embodied Movement: Swan-Swim on the Exercise Ball

Yielding yet Renewed

courtesy of Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle

Return to your starting position. Notice that you have more dimension and space in your body than when you began. As you play with this exercise, you will find a pace that suits you and allows your body to recalibrate itself - it's your internal massage.

Guide note: I'm sure you noticed that this is a deeply relaxing exercise, yet you are more aware and ready for movement as well. You can bring this kind of fully embodied attention to your daily life and all of your exercises, including harder ones.

Many thanks to Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle for sharing this exercise with us.
